What we collect

• Enquiry details. If you submit the contact form or talk to our intake assistant, we receive what you typed — typically your name, email or phone number, and a description of your project.
• Basic analytics. Aggregate page-view data so we know which pages are useful. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.
• Server logs. Standard request logs used to prevent abuse of our forms. Where we record the origin of a submission alongside it, we store a one-way hash rather than your IP address — enough to spot a flood of spam, not enough to identify you.

The AI intake assistant

The chat assistant on our homepage is powered by a third-party large language model provider. Messages you send it are processed by that provider in order to generate a reply, and the summary of your enquiry is sent to us. Please don't share confidential information, credentials, or personal data about other people in that chat — use email if you need to share anything sensitive.

Where the assistant collects enough to pass your enquiry on, we store that summary along with the conversation that produced it, so we can respond properly and improve how the assistant works. It's held in our database, not used for anything else, and deleted on request.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to deliver work you've asked for. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there's an active conversation or engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
