The questions you'd ask if we were in the room.
Including the awkward ones. If something you need to know isn't here, ask us directly — we'll answer it the same way.

- You're brand new. Why would I risk a project on you?
- Fair question, and we won't pretend otherwise — Novixa Labss is newly registered. What we'd say is: the work is fixed-scope and fixed-price, you see something working every week, and you own the code the whole way through. If we turn out to be wrong for the job, you can walk with everything built so far. That's a much smaller risk than a long contract with a firm you'll never actually speak to.
- What does a project cost?
- It depends entirely on scope, so anyone quoting you a number before understanding the problem is guessing. What we can promise is how the number works: you get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts, and it doesn't move unless you ask for something new. No hourly meter, no surprise change-request invoices.
- How long will it take?
- Also scope-dependent — but you'll get a realistic estimate before you commit, not an optimistic one we quietly revise later. Small automations and extensions are usually weeks. Full applications are longer. We'd rather lose the job than win it on a date we can't hit.
- Who actually owns the code?
- You do. The repository, the deploy accounts, the API keys, the documentation — all in your name from day one. We don't build on a proprietary platform you can only maintain by paying us forever. If you want to take it in-house or hand it to another team next year, nothing we do stops you.
- What if you disappear mid-project?
- You always have the current code, because it lives in your repository, not ours. We work in small, shippable increments specifically so there's never a six-month gap where you're holding nothing. And we're a registered business in Gujarat with a GSTIN on file — not an anonymous freelancer profile.
- Do you work with clients outside Gujarat, or outside India?
- Yes. The work is remote by default, and we're happy to run calls in English, Hindi, or Gujarati. If you're nearby and would rather meet in person, that's easy to arrange too.
- I don't know if I need software or just a better process.
- Then that's the first thing worth working out, and it's a conversation worth having even if the answer is no. We've told people before that a spreadsheet and a changed habit would fix their problem better than anything we could build. We'd rather be useful than sell you something.
- Can you take over a project someone else started?
- Often, yes. We'd need to look at the existing code first and give you an honest read on whether continuing it or restarting is cheaper — sometimes inherited code costs more to untangle than to replace, and you deserve to know which one you're facing.
- What is an 'AI employee', really?
- A software agent scoped to one specific job you'd otherwise hire or assign someone to do — reading incoming invoices and updating your system, triaging support messages, chasing quotes, keeping records in sync. It's not a chatbot on your website, and it's not magic. It handles a defined task reliably, and tells you when it can't.
