Why this exists
Novixa Labss is a software studio in Botad, Gujarat. It exists because of a gap that anyone who has tried to get software built in India already knows about.
At one end, the large IT firms. Capable, expensive, and structured for enterprise budgets — where a modest project disappears into a process of discovery phases, account managers, and change requests before a line of useful code exists. At the other end, the cheapest possible freelancer, where you save money right up until the moment you need a change and can't reach anyone.
Most businesses aren't at either end. They have one specific, real problem, a sensible budget, and no interest in either a six-month engagement or a gamble. That's who this is built for.

The price is the price
Fixed scope, quoted in writing before work starts. It doesn't move unless you ask for something new. No hourly meter running quietly in the background, and no change-request invoice you didn't see coming.

You own everything
The repository, the deploy accounts, the keys, the documentation — in your name from day one. Nothing is built on a platform you can only maintain by continuing to pay us. If you want to take it in-house next year, nothing stops you.

You talk to the person building it
There's no account manager translating your problem into a ticket and translating a status back. You describe the problem to the person who writes the code.

Working software beats status reports
You see something running every week. If a decision is heading the wrong way, you find out in week two — not at delivery, when it's expensive.

We'll tell you when it's not worth building
Sometimes the honest answer is that a changed process, or an off-the-shelf tool, solves the problem better than anything we could build. Saying so costs us a project and earns something more useful.
